Haha yeah -- although the little guy already has his own $ for stuff like that ;)

+1 ... JD has got dem SKILLZ -- Labyrinth's Admins have agreed to grant him a Custom Rank (rank name TBA once he gets the chance to decide) for his hard work and contributions to Labyrinth. This is considered an honor within the Guild, and while it is "lateral" in that it does not confer any new "powers", it is still a promotion in rank :)

now AIG the people who i bought a warranty with through newegg says that my warranty claim is invaild.

they say i only have a 2 year manufacturer warranty and 1 year with them.

newegg and manufacturer say that it is 3 year warranty on my card and then the 1 year extended policy i bought from newegg for 4 years total... (i bought it in march 2012)

im about to pull my hair out this is so much bs.

Haven't you heard the saying "The customer is never right"? Somebody's brain is doing the tango.... you will get it. You will probably end up going through a lot of shiz but you will....

I used to do costco warranty information. You have to be really careful with warranties overlapping along with physical and defects. Not all warranties Extend the warranty but just overlap it. IE two warranties for 2 years both end at same time instead of 2 warranties for 4 years and two different times. there are also cases with AMEX where they give warranty (in costco) where they ONLY provide a 2nd year or 3rd year if Costco provides none.

ya i know... just disappointed with newegg/aig just pay up ffs...

nah it is extended warranty i seen on aig site that it starts when manufacturer warranty ends... only thing aig is saying is when i bought my card manufacturer warranty was 2 years and then they changed it to 3 years sometime after... but this simply isn't true as i have newegg that says they havent changed warranty info on the site which says 3 years and a email for manufacturer saying when i bought it they offered 3 years... im ready for war? also they dont make my card nemore (560 ti) so i should get a refund?

problem with card is screen will freeze and random blocks pf pixels will go off color idk how to explain it... like little chunks of rainbows randomly strung about my frozen screen lol and then 5-30 seconds later it will go back to normal and says that gfx card kernel 5260 has stopped responding but it is working now... (something like that im pretty sure the numbers are different)

Yeah so you misunderstood what I said. Just because it says extended warranty doesn't mean it adds warranty. Most people fall into the trap where they just automatically assume extended means add. Extended warranty can also mean in place of along with a secondary warranty that expires at the same time. If you are 100% sure that yours is supposed to add years to the warranty then you should be good though. :lol:

There are also stipulations where they don't replace anything physical after like 1 year and the rest is from manufacturer defects etc etc. Also manufacturer warranty doesn't ever really change. It is the "pay for" extended warranty companies that make the warranties go past the manufacturer date or CC companies like amex that honor deals between companies etc
