He sold it due to the fact that it was overpriced, Then he needed more fg to better his melee char
and hc is hc. u could die and bam its gone

Dave wanted me to sell to him for 1.5k but i already had the deal at 2.5k + fee. He was generous and donated me 500 fg on top with 150fg to 8 random guild members, which idk how he came up with... so basically i sold it for 3k+ 125fee and random guild members got 150 each adding up to 1200. Even without the donations, i didn't think you could match up to 2k in a week and i was looking for mq weapon (still am) and needed a lil more fund. But if i do roll a nice int armor with phoenix down's charm (sorry i forgot name ) then i'll let you raise the funds to buy it since i got enough fg right now to buy a decent mq weapon. I know i can trust you to pay back my current debt, but something worth 1k+ is a lot to me imo and can't really lend it out even to other players even if they have the funds because it wouldn't feel right for me to take my money after their death... If it was sc i would of been able to lend you that sword without a second thought.

Of course it's always his choice---not trying to imply otherwise. I'm only expressing my opinion.

But take Datis's guild for example. Right now, they're selling off shit they don't even use anymore. That's what I've been trying to establish here. We need to have these climbs function more as a team effort. Isn't that the point of a guild?

It's fine to sell off lesser items, but giving the very best items to another guild is just foolish. We're allowing THEM to climb faster at OUR expense. Maybe our charter needs a mission statement, because clearly I don't understand our purpose. If it's just a bunch of friends hanging out, that's cool. I like all you guys (even Jamie). But I joined because I wanted to be part of one of the fastest climbing guilds out there. Aaron expressed that desire to me. He even showed it off by saying we're on the first page already on the guild list. And we should be proud of that accomplishment.

Just this week, we celebrated passing 100 GPs. Also big.

All I'm saying is we could grow a lot faster (a LOT) if we worked more as a team. Especially when it comes to keeping Gozu items in our guild, and not someone elses.


Edit: Phoenix is Jason. And again, Chris, I'm not pissed at all. Hell, I can't even in complete honesty say I wouldnt do the same thing. Just illustrating a point.

i know your not pissed, and i would of loved to keep that item too. I justed need some fg and i got enough to fund myself for a while so i'm willing to save our godly items. Datis and his guild is very nice to our guild so that was another reason to sell to him. I kept all godly mutables and your sword still, so i think i can mute someting good again very soon

I feel better about it since it did go to datis, but the fact that his guild wanted it should tell you something. He's gonna reset HC with your weapon. At least it went to someone we like (and who gives us awesome deals on his scraps).

i don't have the picture anymore but their guild also suffered a huge lost b4 i made the trade... they lost a 40 int dagger, 4x int armor and godly charm. that's why he was generous with that trade.

speaking of saving my godly items... i'll save this

nice find! Wish I had a mute for it--been a while since i've even found something angelic and over level 5 though. Guess that means I'm due in a big way :-)
