mines lvl 16, i dont have hardly n e fg, my attk charm does about 70 dmg each hit and my heal does about 30-40.

read carefully now:

If you have more actions > you will have more exp

so this means: if you do not attack with your weapon while your not healing you will have less actions than the others resulting in less exp > slower lvling
