geez magicians take so long to lvl up... n e tips?

mines lvl 16, i dont have hardly n e fg, my attk charm does about 70 dmg each hit and my heal does about 30-40.

i have 2k mana and like 350 life. ive been going back and just healing but it takes 4ever to get a lvl.

shood i keep doing what i am or what? thanks
