Laby will not tolerate BM behavior -- under any circumstances -- and doing it to fellow guild members should be grounds for ejection from the guild, IMO.

members should realize that bad manners is not just leaving a guildie behind its giving no explaination or no time to respiond to each other.
ifyour game is legitimatley full you say so .. dont just say full to a guildie who should really have dibbs..

do not leave guildies behind withouth talking to them to make sure they are done.

its about the approach, the manners.. so just be nice to each other and we can avoid this
and do not leave someone behindin guild cause you dont like their gear.. iff you dont like them or their gear then you lend them some

This is why we should all be doing just straight guild only cata runs!

I would just like to say something here, if you have had a group for a while, like 5 levels or more and you're the leader, you shouldn't kick someone out so a guildy can join, thats even worse then not letting a guildy in, however if a guildy want to slash around your level also, I would leave the party I'm in and join one with them :/

Need some help guys. What would the difference be (damage) between these two daggers? Is it worth the 39% upgrade?

For example, my strength on sammu at lvl 55 is 167

Rare ultimanium dagger
Level Req: 55
Damage: 294 to 514

+239% Enhanced Effect
+12% Experience Gained

and:


Rare ultimanium dagger
Level Req: 55
Damage: 260 to 455

+200% Enhanced Effect
+1 to 4 Mana per Attack

i dont disagree.. and im not saying tha tyou should kick anyone
but you should tell your guildies that your full and that youve got a good game going.
