I've got 4 now. 2 more on the way. I might MQ 5 of them just to see if we can get some +2's and then I can work on passing sammy's for +5 before the end of the month.

yup you just need to know vault number which is the last digits when you visit that person's profile. or you can easily ask for it :)
and ofc they only allow guild transfers
