First page looks sexy, did some climbing yesterday, had good time cept for couple crappy groups! Been busy, and worried about my own health, back to the doc on Wednesday, blood work, xrays ect.... Hope he hear good info!

im at 80% 4/5 to rank 3... and my REQUIREMENT, not goal, for while im awake is to hit 3...

Not sure heh, had some heart issues going on racing/wierd beating ect..
Had ekg/ecg done showed nothing to bad, but doc wanted to do heart xray and have blood work checked to see...
Of course day after i went he was going out of country for 1.5 weeks... omg.
Only 29, so he wasnt too worried, but still had a friend of friend died 2 months ago, heart attack... age 32.
I havent had any kind of checkup in at least DECADE or so. Thats the story short version anyways.
already changed eating/drinking/smoking habits just in case
