Besides the above statement, I have been thinking about "Contractual Loans" within the guild or maybe even outside the guild.

Are you lost at the moment?... i am... but hopefully the following will help with this post.

At present, I have been playing Hardcore and all my Softcore items are just sitting there and collecting dust.
This in no way means that I have given up on playing Softcore, it just means that I am AWOL in the meantime.
Well... we have new members, some of which I do not know, nor do I trust (trusting is something earned)...
but... because I have a kind nature, I would like to see them grow and become better at this game... find, earn,
buy their items and keep playing... so... the idea of a "Contractual Loan" is based on the idea that while I am
not using my items, that an individual use my items, but, if I am in need to use them for a climb, that this person
or persons (people) return them to me immediately upon request... and during their time of using them, that they
endeavour to collect their own set.

Now... I need alot of input for this idea, the reason being is that I can hopefully use this as a legitimate suggestion
for the Ladder Slasher Community and also maybe something for Paul to implement for all users to "Secure" and "safely"
loan out items.

The main thing here is the "Legality" of the "Contractual Loan"...
How does someone sign this contract?
... Maybe they are PM'ed and they have to state: "Agree with the contract", and then reply.

What can the Mods / Trusted members or Paul ensure that these items are returned, when they are requested?
... Maybe they can access that persons account and return those items listed.

How can they stop the individual from trading off item(s)?
... Maybe they are tagged with a copyright/contractual symbol, and they are auto-locked from being placed on the Marketplace

I am looking for ideas... wording and anything else that I may have missed.
