Just tried going to sleep and for like the 4th night in a row had this stupid sleep paralysis shit and it is driving me nuts.

Just thought someone broke into my house and was hovering over me and I couldn't talk or move for what felt like forever.

Perhaps you should lay off the drugs. Or start taking some. Whichever the case may be.


Seriously, if you are taking something for something else it may be whats causing it. If not maybe a simple Excedrin PM will do the trick. Personally Nyquil will make me want to sleep all day. Or night.....

Well I just borrowed some gear earlier today to go for the 100th MQ that I've been wanting to get since day 1. Just 3 attempts to go.

Well I listened to Jeremy on the first MQ.
SDF (S/G) +1
Then went with my gut on the 2nd MQ.
SDF (S/B) +2

+3 for laby and I finally got past the first door.
8/10 fdf's since joining.

Ive had sleep paralysis the last couple years only about a few times a year, usually when it happens it will happen for a few days straight though every time i go to sleep it gets quite annoying and is freaky at times.

But its been the last 4 days straight. First few nights it wasn't too bad just couldn't move and random indistinct noises but before tonight i woke up shaking i was scared shitless

anyone want to do a guild run?
