Okay... I might needs some ideas here guys:

Once I get to level55, I will be using:

Weapon:

Rare ultimanium sword
Level Req: 55
Damage: 34 to 347
+60% Enhanced Effect
+6% Life Steal

Armor:

Rare adamantium plate mail
Level Req: 35
Defense: 54 to 162
+75% Enhanced Effect
+1 Critical Strike


Now... the thing is this... what charm to use for MAIN:

Rare heal V
Level Req: 10
Heals: 16 to 42
Mana Cost: 45
+22 Strength
+258 Max Life

to:

Mythical heal V
Level Req: 10
Heals: 15 to 40
Mana Cost: 45
+17 Strength
+3% Life Steal
+3% Damage Return
+1% Physical Damage Reduction
+10% Heal Mastery

With the 2nd Charm... I get 9% Life Steal... is that enough to cover the loss of:
5 Strength
258 Max Life
____________

Now I could go further and try to get me a Nice EE Heal charm for my Acc Slot...
This could help because of the 10% HM?... sort of at a loss here..
