Level Req: 55
Heals: 146 to 175
Mana Cost: 135

+74% Enhanced Effect
+1 to 5 Mana per Attack

A little low on everything for my liking, but it'l have to do this time around

I only ask because I just attempted to do my first 2 wells with my lvl 64 Mage, and he just couldn't do it. I simply can't afford better gear than this either.

it's a lot better than the mage gear i started with and still have. you should prolly aim for 140 EE+ on your charm

imo your heal charm is way too low
the rest could be ok (well 21 int is a bit low, but you could manage that)

i searched for a mq sword myself and i've seen 11x ee ones going for 600-800 or something
