Plates are over rated and IMO it would still be hard to do it with a plate. I had trouble with a 200%++ plate because going the ee route left me without enough dex. Over all my build wasn't very good back then but my items were great and I would fail about half of the time.

If you notice chain mail has the same minimum defense as plate mail, it is only the max that varies, so it would still make it where you took a lot less damage from regular melee attacks (discluding spells and crits ofc)


If you want an inexpensive weller the best thing to do would be to get a rogue caster. The armors and weapons are very cheap in comparison to mage items plus you have more life and more dex.

I normally had a 50 dex charm and 180EE 4LL plate armor and almost always passed wells without a problem.
Just realized I need to picka decent 55 hearl up too O.O thats lame lol

I must leave now.
It has been a great run and I will miss every one of you.
I leave all the great times.

But school is starting and I will be on less and less and I really want to make my own guild once again.

Anyways, attempting my first MQ of the season. You wanna get in a group pumpkin after I MQ?

EDIT: Also, I have some wellables. Will someone be willing to well them for me? My weller isn't up yet as I haven't had too much time to play lately :(

Yeah, seems nobody wanted to try the new Objective so I just MQ'd.
