Guys, could anyone point me in the right direction for a barbarian climber? My current is doing okay but damage and defence seems kinda crap when compared to others I basically just need to know what levels I need to switch gear, how much EE to look for, best weapon class to use, best armour to use, how to spend stat points, other mods to look for on items, what charms to use etc etc ^^ Any help is appreciated

This is my first char and he isn't very well geared yet, anyone who wants to help the nooby is much appreciated

Charms/aromor are all dependent on what weapons you choose
I would suggest that you go with swords
then you have to decide on rather or not you will be tank or damage
Armors I suggest that you use Scales/leather ... If for tanking then you want Enhanced Effect (EE) same as one wepon
If you are goin to be Dmg then you want Strength (if you choose to use swords)
Charms you will want Strength as well (once gain is if you choose swords)
Swords are your best option on a weapon, because it will carry you through till you hit monk

Ah okay thanks for clearing that up one more question, how much damage does 1 point of strength add?

It is all dependent on the weapons Ratio
Swords are 75/25 (Str/Dex)
So with swords 1 point into Str is pretty much equivalent to 1 EE

Never used my swords on a barb ... I personally suggest to just stat all str .. but a barb has a really low base dex
so you may want to do the 3/1 stating ... for every 3 str points you add put 1 into dex
that will help give you the perf ratio
now remember to take into account of what your gear looks like @ 55
so you dont have a screwed up ratio

Swords: 1 Strength = 0.75% Enhanced Effect.
