I think you are right. I read that Wiki page and it said the underside has a black area with two white dots. If you look at my pic of the underside, you can see two white dots on the black area. So looks like you are right. Wiki never said if it was harmless to me though!!!! :O Should I just trust what Brainwashed said

EDIT: So much for a bad picture huh Randy!!! My picture was perfect to see the marking on the underside. GO HOME FOO!
It's harmless. The only spiders you have to be "worried" about in your area are the Black Widow, Brown Recluse, and Mediterranean Recluse (found more in the southern states, it is not native to Ohio, but "hitchhikes" on shipments of imported goods). And to be honest, any of those above are not very common, so your chances of running into them are pretty slim. Bites are rarely fatal, but they are painful, and usually cause some necrosis. Sometimes it is accompanied by nausea, fever, chills or shock. It's more severe if an individual has allergic reaction to the venom proteins, which could lead to anaphylaxis (more commonly know as anaphylactic shock) and this is very life threatening.
I live in Michigan, near the Detroit area, which is close to your area, so these spiders ranges overlap.
But yeah, the one you have poses no danger. As long as it's not in your house, let it do its spider business.
They have every right to be here as we do

and really, they'll help keep other pests under control.
