I know she will be with you in each and every future Christmas reunion you will have.
Not physicly, but in your heart.

I lost an aunt a few years back, and my daughter still thinks about her a lot.
She even made a Christmas card for her, saying that she will be with us at Christmas dinner, in all of our hearts...
My daughter is 8 years old now... and still remembers..

It'S a tough moment for you now, but someone up there made sure you will never forger how much love you had for your grand mother.
Choosing Christmas Eve as time of passing is a way to mark ths date forever for you and your family.
Your grand mother must have been someone really special, and by staying by her side proved how special she was for you.

merry christmas all, christmas is a time of family, and watching my 8 week old neices face with all of her presents has been one of the greatest christmas's ever

thoughts go out to nick though, who has had a family tragedy and i will drink to a good future for him and his family later, wishing them all luck in the future!
