Anybody know how to make special titles? Like if I were to type: CONGRATS ON STAR PALADIN in a topic titile it would show up as: Congrats On Star Paladin.

Anybody know how to make it so it doesn't automaticaly capitalize the first letter and nothing else?

I think it's an action only trusted users can use in rare conditions. But I know it is possible.
