Need some opinions for when I pass to monk

For solo climbs on monk would you guys recommend investing in a decent set of ee padded robes or just go full dex with daggers until 55 and get a good level 55 padded with ee?

When I do solo monk climbs I would stat like 70-80 vita and use a stat robe and use salvation to heal. But I would assume ee robes would work better, but I never done it.

I also whistle lvl 1 mobs to heal so my regen would be min time
