is there a diff between magical , mytical etc on charms? wich kinda shall i buy my lvl 55 charm?

it doesnt matter

look for the stats you are searching for, higher magical lvl = more stats on it, but the most are not needed anyway

magical with 40str
or

arcane(5) with 40str 1mana syphon xee 1jubilance max mana

would be the same matter to you

okay , i dont remember what i should buy it was: 40 dex armor and 40 dex charm right?

is your character based mainly on dex or str? im assuming your a melee char right?

i am fighter

u want 120 dex total with gear and everything@lvl 55

and how many str and vita?

base vita, rest into str
