I have worked out the mechanics of the "Guild Leader Contest". But after much deliberation, I've decided to simply apply it as Law. This is not a game, simply how anyone within the guild will be carried forward or backwards in rank. The point system makes it very interesting, and very fair. Do not knock it until you've tried it.
The next post from me will be a big one containing the full layout and explanation of the point system. The information therein will be held in Excel and a picture that is a screen shot of the standings at that point, this will be viewable in our guild topics once I've made all the proper arrangements. The excel file will only help me maintain the flow of points efficiently and show each individual how much they have. At the end of the day, the ranks will be shown to justify the points distribution after every month, the screen shot of the Excel file is merely there to keep you updated for the duration in between.
