i think the normal heal would be better choice, because of the magic luck and if your lucky you can get all high end heals.

wouldn't they both be in acc making the ml not work? If this is the case use focused heal

Valid point. Forgot this wasnt on a fighter. I think I might go with the focused heal then, since the high ends of the heal charm are nerfed more, removing any value they had.

800x.75 is 600
600x.75 is 450

Loss of 200 vs loss of 150. And added consistency.
