drops stay at 10 lvl's lower than what u r starting at lvl 15 -- so if u r lvl 1-4 u get all lvl 1 drops -- lvl 5-9 u will get lvl 1 and 2 drops -- 10-14 u will get lvl 1-3 drops also the lvls are know as tiers when u reach lvl 15-19 u will get lvl 1-5 or tier 1-5 drops.
