Ok guys i am back.
I would like to inform you guys that Philosopher1(Aaron) is a creep.
I loaned him 2 items for his mage. He had returned one a while ago before he was kicked out of guild.

However he has failed to return my level 40 lighting charm that gives 10 magic regen and 6 life regen.
I have pm'd him a couple different times, and he has not responded.
Therefore Philosopher1 will be added to my Scammer list in my profile, even though it is not a "scam" it is very dishonorable and he should be given such a title.


Proof that i had the item, #27 on my list.

I'll check a thread again, but I can remember bidding on a dual regen charm...Maybe it was a different one but I vividly remember 10/6 and there'd be no reason to have two dual regen charms.

^^ This means a lot, Jay. If u can find the thread, plz share it with me n Kurt? This would seem damning but for now I'm keeping an open mind/opinion. I recall seeing that charm in a thread, too, but I don't know who was selling it.

For now I will *try* to concentrate on something else but I'd really like to see that thread. Aaron told me on D2 (a few minutes ago) that he gave the item back some time ago.

Okay, this has been solved. Kurt, if you wish to S/A about this, it's up to you. It's a messy case and I've never seen an S/A vs. a deliberately borrwed LS version, but the facts are there. I hope we don't turn this into further e-drama; the appropriate steps should now be taken--either S/A or or work on getting the item back through the available means. Philosopher1 (Aaron) has a right to make a self-defense as well. For now, he will not be in the Guild.
