Im lvl 23 but groups are changing around alot today!!!

I would really recommend ignoring the EE on a robe - it's really a pointless mod on a that item. A padded robe will give you SLIGHTLY more defense than a robe, so if you want "more" defense, go with that - but really robes suck (as far as defense goes). What you need is a lot of dexterity to make up for the lack of heavy armor (and intelligence, if you have the stat points available, to counteract magic attacks).

What kind of mods you really want depend on what character you plan on using this on - magician (or any caster)? Intelligence should be the main stat to look for. Monk/ninja (or a character you want to focus on melee with)? Dexterity or strength (or both) and then pump your stats into the other. Any other mods are great, of course, but I would say that the stat points should be your main focus.

...unless you have some other reason for wanting a robe with high EE, such as having it as a collectors item? Either way, if you need help choosing a proper robe, let me know and I will definitely try to help you the best I can.

I've got a little question about welling, i just upped a mage but i don't really know which is the best lvl for welling.
Some guys told me to stay 64, but i also heard about lvl 65 or even to be 70+, anyone has an idea ?
