No, that´s not how all ls guild works.
There are like 3-5 guilds with 100 gp's that do this. The rest doesn´t.

IMHO, the guild leader of this guild should not have to pay for their points.
If people within the guild are willing to play LS, they should do it because they want to, not to get paid for it.

Also... Just by selling mutables, you will most likely, get more FG just by selling them, then for the 100 fg, you would get for the point.

the thing is ppl in our guild may just decide to sell em for liek 150 each to another guild

i seriously only play this game for the bribe and the FG i can earn..

why the hell would i waste my time on LS for free?

Id rather fap than keep clicking pixels..
