i also regen after every kill or 2 though at lvl 42...sometimes i dont even get a damn kill and i gotta flee and regen
You'll catch on fire once you find/buy/borrow better gear. If you tell me your char type, your gear, and your stats aded I can give you some tips, if wanted
The key is that LS is almost entirely gear-based. Stats mean a lot, but without great gear it's hard to really motor along.
I'm at lvl 55, and I'd be a lot further along but apprently babies don't grow if you just add water
