need help installing windows 7 from an external hdd.

But.... if you have an ISO file, your best bet is to get something like powerIso or DaemonTools, and set up virtual drives, mount it there, and then install from that.

edit: for some reason it's not booting from the external. i went into the bios and set usb to first, but nothing... any work arounds?
