how can i catch fish of higher Tiers?

my fishing rank is 2 but i still just fish sardine fish... do i have to have a higher rank or is it just luck?

u have to fish for lvl 5 fish or somthing, its like every tier as in items mate :)

yeah mine said 22/25 all my climbing gear is in my vault atm, kinda needed it anyways because i don't think id make it to mq on my lvl 5 gear alone :P
