tired of video games to the max but dont know what else to do once I'm tired for the day..

Worked from 7-330 today two hours of volleyball from 630-830 with it being around 95 and higher heat index and just went on a two and a half mile jog, but what do I do now....lift what weights I have in my basement looks to be next..
