Got a great question, which one would you prefer to use?

Consider, that I never need dex, though it helps I only use daggers and axes, and never add into dex.

1. Rare mithril plate mail
Level Req: 25
Physical Defense: 25 to 76
Magical Defense: 0 to 8

+37 Strength
+9 Vitality Don't forget this is a bit of ee tacked on.

OR

2. Mythical mithril chain mail
Level Req: 25
Physical Defense: 37 to 94
Magical Defense: 0 to 23

+47% Enhanced Effect
+30 Strength
+11 Dexterity
+1 Mana Regen
+1% Mind Numb

I would go with #2. Not because of Dex, but because of EE.
Better defense. Your str charms are more than enough to make
up for the lack of str on the 2nd one.

At least, IMO.

Okay, def isn't an issue either.. I sit mid either way with them. But thx! any other opinions please?
