x% LifeSteel is this x% from my dealed dmg or x% from Moblife ?

ah ok thx ^^ now need only dex + life leache Armor , Dex + life leache charm than i can try well some thinks @ lvl 71++

my problem is that the lifesteal effect get's lower the higher lvl (71/72++) you are.
it makes it hard for me to get items to well xD
btw you just need enough dmg and many lifesteal
