glad im on the good side

hey guys just thought id update you on how im recovering, my incision - i hope thats how you spell it, is healing well, im going to have minial scaring because they stitched it from the inside which is good. my back is still sore but thats understandable seeing as how i have 7 layers to heal 4 of which are stiched. as for the leg pains and back pains i had pre operation, they are all gone! woot woot so probably by christmas ill be bakc doin the things i like and will be back to work and going to the gyma gain geting back to my jacked self.


anyyways thats good to hear buny and chris that you two are going to live togeather best of luck
