It is sooooo good to be back with my fellow Labykins  :heart:  The  short version of my absence  is that I was in the hospital fighting malnutrition. Somehow I went from 130 lbs to 75 lbs in such a short time it was killing me. My oncologist said he couldn't figure me out. I fought cancer and won and now malnutrition was killing me.He said if I didn't have a certain operation done ( a feeding tube placed in my stomach) to supplement what little I was eating that it was going to kill me.  I have regained a lot of strength and energy compared to a few weeks ago. But between all of the therapy and my already extremely high metabolism I still manage to burn almost as many calories as I take in every day. Which is a shit load. I was getting almost 1k calories just at breakfast alone. Same for lunch and dinner. Then there was the in between meal and bedtime snacks. They said I could have ( almost) anything I wanted to eat and gave me a special menu to order from. They gave me double portions at meals. I have managed to put on about 3 lbs. Gained strength and energy. Not so much in the weight department. Anyway, with another big thanks to God I am back. I still have to try to keep the same regimen I had in the hospital unless I want to end up back there so I'm not sure how much slashing I will be getting done. I can do a lot of exercises while I am sitting here on my arse so that will help some. Only promise I can make is to do the best I can. Thanks to everyone for the prayers and support. Love you all

I still troll and I am so happy to hear this!!!  I wish there was some way to do a calorie xfer.  I have about 20 extra pounds which you could use.
