What is the best way to get EE items? I want to get a nice stock of them to get me a base of weapons for lvls 1, 5, 10, etc... I have been hearing well and Arena are the best. But is that at higher levels? And when its from the well is it the item you put in, or the secondary item you sometimes get?

It's luck friend, theres many magical stats an item can have, ee is one of them. No way to trigger an item to have ee, via well or arena, sorry :(

I figured as much. Sucks lol. I have done 100+ items and not seen EE from well once :P I have got like 2 or 3 10-30 EE items from arena but nothing special.
