Can someone explain to me how the ladder season gets reset, and what that reset entails?

My second drop of the day:



Mystical wind VII
Level Req: 20
Spell Damage: 44 to 201
Mana Cost: 53

+28 Strength
+15 Intelligence
+3% Life Steal

When one of the alchemsists passes their MQ then the ladder resets. There is only a 1/720 chance of that every time they attempt though so don't hold your breath

All it does is reroll every character on that core back to feeder classes and level 0, you don't lose any items or profs, just char classes and levels

Right now from last night I have about 1.5-2k in gear to sell. and like 3 torches worth of keysets to farm later .
