Randy was here when he was supposed to be today.

Well, today I had the worst 5 seconds of my life.

Today, I got tasered for 5 seconds. I know, you all like to the think 5 seconds is not very long at all. It was by far the most painful 5 seconds of my life. When you get tasered, your whole body locks up and you cannot control any of your muscle movement at all. I could feel the electrical currents pulsing through my body. If you know the feeling of sticking your tongue on a battery and that shock you get. Well, think of that small pain, pulsing through your entire body. Below is that same taser I got zapped with, and will now also get to carry with me when I go to work

I work with a guy, who has a nerve condition, and for whatever reason, is immune to the electrical shocks of such devices. These people are ultra rare, but I always think of him when I see things like this saying they never met a guy who can run through it. I know one!

E: We always tell him he would be the perfect candidate to run onto a sporting event field, because when they tase him, he won't go down.. lol. It would mess with the cops heads.

Sucks doug. I've got hit with all kinds of stuff in the past. Held a 120 extension cord for at least 30 sec one time. Nerves were shot for almost a day after that couldn't stop shaking

They wouldn't be authorized to do so!!! In order them to use a deadly force (i.e gun) , he would have to pose an immediate threat to cause serious bodily harm to other people, or the police officers (of course). So if he was running around with a knife or a gun, then yes, they would be authorized to shoot him. If he was just running around acting stupid and causing problems, the only thing the could do is try to get him with is Pepper spray or Baton. That is if he is resisting arrest.

Just some little knowledge for you folks

Sorry to jump in here, but, using a Laser gun on the individual justification to enforce real fireamrs?
If he was being a dick, not causing real harm, why do they have to electricute him before trying to apprehend him?

This is where the realistic points of view become debate.

EDIT: basically above does not make sense.
1, If you need to use a Laser Stun gun, then the recipient has exceeded other means (basically threatening to the point of shooting them with a real gun)
2. If a person shows Intoxication and Stupidity while running out on a field during a game, then the response would be a Taser gun instead of a real gun.
3. etc... etc...

You get the point
