Int gear is lacking on hc so very nice int gear sells good. especially if complimented with max mana or ML

Found it the other day and kept it. Did max stats per tier change since I been gone? I remember seeing overspawn happens more now, where does it occur? Wells, ep, or everywhere? Trapdoor effect this at all?

ml causes overspawn. i believe that is the only way i could be wrong.
