My inbox will be full tomorrow morning and I probably won't be able to make a really huge dent in it for a day or two, so if by chance I miss any PMs, please try again. Cleaning my inbox is now a priority after attending to some more moderation-related things and also to guild related things (mostly in our hidden staff forum on the guild forum). I CAN say that a few higher-level policies in labyrinth are probably going to shift in the near future, but that's mostly going to be of interest to our co-leaders. I can also say that we'll be paying special attention to any member-related conflicts and any violations committed by our members. That's not meant to scare anyone. We've always had investigational process that involve "problem" members and these processes are going to be modified. It only affects you if you get noticed by co-leaders for screwing around with jsp rules But I'm also interested in working toward ways to improve communication within our giant Guild, along with developing some ways to make promotions happen faster without making us "top heavy".

Now and then some cobwebs need to be swept up, but my guess is that in this case some of it will be felt. for one thing, I'm considering creating vent-based contests to "lure" members into being on vent ISO suggestions for that. Keep up the great work everyone + sorry for the wall of text. I added a lot of those details for sake of transparency. No super-major changes are on the horizon, but all the little things that will happen will probably add up to making us stronger and better

But if its the system i fear it is, this will need like 3-4 more levels unfortunately and it gets much more difficult with every level.
The big problem now is that magical-rare tier iv do not bring exp any more. Thats like 90% of my regular supply dropping in catas/wells falling away

The items that do bring experience still are mystical+ lvl  5 items.
But you can also send me lvl 10 magical-rare stuff. Its still hard, but at least easier to find.
