hello to everyone, level 18 here, ready to slash if anyone is up for it, I'll be soloing, just shoot a message to me

well I'm having some issues/trouble on a correct build for my Rogue, think I'll try to find some more guides that explain some things a bit better
I am highly interested in this game, and want to do it correctly, if anyone has some good advice for me i'd be more than happy to read it

I believe i always had 95 dex , All into str on my rogue . ( If i can remember correctly from what vic told me )

EE sword /dagger/staff , Str Armor , Str charm , EE charm .

I did a mQ with this , and did fine.

so im going to take some time and try to explain it

everything in this game is based on an individual having 100 str, 100 dex, and a 100 enhanced effect weapon

for every % of enhanced effect that u are below 100 on your weapon , u need to give a point of strength to keep the game math up to date with the monster levels

at 100% EE 1 point of strength acts like 1% EE

for every % of enhanced effect that u have OVER 100% EE, u can lower your dexterity by one

at 100% EE 1 point of dexterity acts like 1% EE

if in this perfect world
u had both stats at 100
then u could could gently increase each stat by one
and by the math
receive a combined 2% EE bonus

this sounds way to detailed im sure
but it is the absolute truth
and alot simpler to read than the actual hardcore guides on weapon damage calculations

although the calculations are what separate those that adjust their stats
and those who just buy better gear

after reading what you posted, let us take me for the great example
my level 20 gear is as follows: level 20 staff with 78ee lvl 20 leather armor with 32 dex and a level 10 charm with 24 dex
I do not have, nor can I ( yet ) afford anything with 100ee so there for this being said, my stat points should mirror what?
my level 25 and 30 staff are only 69 and 68ee so let us just leave those out of the equation for now
level 20, 78ee, 32 dex, 24 dex is what I think is important for now the 2 items offering free dex if I add zero dex up to level 20
I now have 116 dex at level 20 with adding none into it, so would I add my first 10 points into str and add all str until level 20
since I already have 116 dex at level 20 with out adding any?

ok, in the example of a 78 ee staff
to make the game average math
u would need to right now have 100+ 22 extra to make up for the "underpowered" weapon

rogues start at 60 dex
+ 56 dex items that would bring u too 116 dex
imo for a weapon like daggers, staffs and axes

i would leave it at that

and put every single point i got into strength

nn more gearz or charms

u only need more weapons
thats a fg saving trick right there

ah now that's very good to know, since some are saying the goal of dex is 120 at level 55 and since I gain 116 at level 20 with just my leather/charm
I think I'm good there, no need to waste forum gold on a new armor/charm so just keep upgrading weapons, you rock Vic, thanks for all the valuable info

well I got myself to 29 and honestly can't go much further without some guild mate help so guess I'll stop for now
only killing 2 or 3 monsters before I have to run away, hopefuly someone will be around my level so I can continue
