I did almost all of my muting at level 75, but it takes a lot of patience and a lot of fg, and sometimes it doesn't pay off. Unless you're willing to spend a lot of FG on it, don't try muting.

Oh I see. I just thought about muting some of the items I find when leveling but sounds like it isnt worth it. GP's here I come ^^

How do I know what items are worth something as muteable? I mean is there some kind of guide or would you mind make me a short one?

Tier 3 (0) -> Mythical+
Tier 4 (5) -> Mythical+
Tier 5 (10) -> Angelic+
Tier 6 (15) -> Angelic+
Tier 7 (20) -> Mystical+
Tier 8 (25) -> Mystical+
Tier 9 (30) -> Rare+
Tier 10 (35) -> Rare+
Tier 11 (40) and up -> Magical+

Some items are more desirable than others and you may be able to sell angelic tier 3 swords or axes for 1fg each, while sometimes leather armors won't even sell at low prices, mainly the ones around the magic levels listed, and higher level magicals vary, 50-55 will go for a few fg but 40-45 are closer to 1fg.

Order of desirability (relative)
Sword > Dagger > Axe > Club > Staff
Plate Mail > Padded Robe > Robe (especially at higher levels - very little gap between robes though) and a huge gap before Chain Mail > Scale Mail > Leather Armor

Charms are a bit different because of the charm+armor cube recipes, Ice charms are always quite valuable, higher level fire charms are very valuable, while heal charms are a bit cheaper (look at the MP for a relative price)

Now all I have to do is decide if I want to melee 1-40 and cast the rest of the way or melee the whole way. I do not have a MQ wep, I do have a MQ charm, I don't have a casting MQ sword/dagger/heavy armor, but I can get those.

OK caster set up = Cheaper probably slightly slower
OK melee set up = More expensive slightly faster

cast imo and see how it goes
