I was lucky... found it doing Arena...
I found about 75% of my items from Arena... some very nice and lucky grabs in Catacombs

but Arena has been my fortune

Edit... also have found some stuff welling... got me some fg to buy up some better items.
Welled a TierV charm (lvl10) and was lucky enough to get 258 max life / 22 Strength
