Holy shit guys... I just had the scariest thing happen to me... I'll try to make it short.
I was sitting here and the dog started barking which is unusual bc it's 230 am and he's always sleeping. Then I hear the door knob rattle, now I start to panic. Luckily I have 3 guns within my reach so I grab my 45 and head downstairs. I get to the bottom of the stairs and the door knob starts rattling again meanwhile the dog is going crazy. It's the door to the garage, where the dogs are sleeping at night so I knew there couldn't be anyone in the garage. So when I head to the door I get about 3 feet from it and he lets out a vicious killer growl, something I've never heard him do. He's a 1/2 pit 1/2 lab. Totally awesome dog, super nice and friendly never a mean bone at all. I open the door slowly and he runs from the door to the corner of the garage where the lawnmower is and starts sniffing and huffing and going crazy. I start takling to him, what's up boy? what is it? bark bark bark growl growl scratch scratch. I figure it's a spider or something dumb. I go kick the lawnmower to give it a little push and something hisses like violently and it wasn't the dog. hahaha... if I hadn't put the gun down at the door I would've shot the lawnmower 16 times. I am literally shitting my pants by now. I ran inside to get a cup full of water and I splash it up underneath the lawnmower and this huge HUUGEEEEE fucking rat looking thing idk what it was comes running out luckily the opposite way of me over around my motorcycle. The dog sees it and darts after it, bites it, snags it, rips it apart. I can hear the skull crushing literally with ever bite he takes and this thinig is hissing and twitching idk how because by this time he should have 85 holes in its head. there is blood all over the corner of my garage in about a 1sq m area and about 1 m up the wall. it looks like a murder scene. Now I don't know what to do because the dogs are in there and i don't want them to eat it or it to smell like ass in teh morning and it's raining out and a little chilly so i don't want to let the dogs outside.

That's all the emotions I'm feeling right now.
idk what to do.
Good GOD, Josh....did you ever find out what it was?? A weasel or something might hiss and spit like that. So would a rat, but I hope it wasn't one of those - if it was, please get your dogs checked for rabies.
I wonder why your dog saw it as so much of a threat, though?
And holy shyt - I would've been minus a lawnmower if I'd been there.
So what ended up happening?

Got lvl 16 today

Lame I know. Found out that mazes are MUCH easier when your team doesn't all hide on the back and not heal you. Made the world of difference having people help 'Tank' in the front and heal us while we were going about the maze.
Hey, we all go through that when we start catas. At least you have other guildies who cata (and some who just SOLO.....MARK....

) so you do have help. Best thing to do is keep a character a lvl 4 or 5 when we all want to do thr maze quest. Then once we have a group we'll usually just go right to MQ.
