We all like the first one but can you put it above the picture the lettering " Storm Ladder Slasher Guild" here is a quote from Ati. :P

Nice job.
Maybe try to set text in rirgt bottom (even partly out of picture) - with a strong shadow.
There will be a kind of 3d effect - foreground text.

I am not sure we can use animated pics in the guild charter tbh. :)
