if u well a lvl 10 item at lvl 65 will the drop be a lvl 10 or could it go up to lvl 55?

You'll get the original item and if your lucky, you can another extra item with the chance of having a max lvl of 55

u will get the lvl 10 if its a multi drop it could go from tier 1 to lvl 55
