Create games yourself.  If no one joins you at one lvl you have lots to try.  If you have good gear and you create games people want to follow you.
Maybe its just me but I hardly ever seem to have trouble finding a game.  They will not all be gg games but I am still lvling.

When I am trying for low lvl stuff I have a char that I reroll.  Do solo cata at low lvls and you get all the whites you need.
I just got 6 for you but your vault was full after sending 3. :lol:  Clean out your vault and ill get you 20 in about 10 mins.
