Time to break the news guys. The master plan, or so people have labelled, is basically a point system whereby each guildy will be allowed a sum of votes. You will vote the person you consider to have deserved it most, either personally or generally. The votes will be tallied at the end of the month and points will be distributed to the appropriate individuals.
However, it doesn't stop there. If you accrue sufficient points, you could take over my position, at which point I will literally hand over the guild to you. One thing to note, each guild member will already have a sum of points that are unevenly distributed; what I mean by this is that the higher ranks will have a greater amount of points than the lower ranks, me holding the most points to start with.
This plan will take place within the coming week and you will see the numerical logic behind it all in more depth then. The basic idea is to deliver equal opportunity for people who have helped the guild or yourself most to be known and rewarded, whether it be in LS or any other shape or form, whilst not forgetting that the people who are on top, did their bit as well. Furthermore, hopefully this event, which I will aptly call "Guild Leader Contest" will bring us much closer to one another and allow a more active approach rather than a complacent one by all The Trust guild members. I know all of you, some of you very well, and I know that each an every one of you have an inordinate amount of potential and talent not usually visible to the outside world. This event will not broadcast your good deeds, merely show that your deeds are indeed appreciated by all of us within the guild.

P.s: This will be the new method of climbing the ranks, there is a surprise that ties LS into this equation/plan but I will reveal that along with the logic of the system in due time (within a week).
