I have noticed that as well, totem drop rates seem to have increased a lot this update

I am actually not sure if the drop rate changed. I have noticed 100+ players on almost all day long, even when I first wake up and late at night. More people are slashing, and since Catacombs are the way to go now, it only makes sense that more Potions/Totems are being found (cata-only items, although I find it funny me saying that)
