Heya Trev, gl with the job bro. Glad you are bringin' home the bacon, cuz I'm hungry.

Rex, have you considered trying Firefox? Even if you only used it to play LS, it is far superior to IE, I have used both for years and from my experiences, FF is faster, safer, and has less clutter than IE, not to mention Firefox is an independent company not owned by microsoft.

Give it some thought, travel over to www.mozilla.com and get the newest version of Firefox there, even if you just used to to play LS or browse JSP. Might be worth a shot.

Just paid for my laptop, should get it in ~5 days! $270  eebay

Brand: Toshiba
Type: Satellite L455 Series
Screen Size: 15.6 inches
Processor Configuration: Dual Core
Processor Type: Intel Pentium Dual-Core
Processor Speed: 2.2 GHz
Operating System: Not Included
License Key: Windows 7 Home Premium
Memory (RAM): 4 GB
Primary Drive: DVD+/-RW
Hard Drive Capacity: 320 GB

Soooo my question is this: Should I install XP Pro SP3 on this ol' girl, or give Win7 a try? It has 4GB of ram, so I believe XP will only read/utilize 3GB but not 100% sure. The license key is for Win7 Home Premium, but I really would want the Pro version of course... might go that route, but would like some opinions! ;)

I like how people are always bashing macs because they say that they aren't as powerful and you can't change out the insides, but my 3 year old MacBook has almost exactly the same stats as that  4 gigs ram, dual core 2.2 ghz processors, DVD/RW, oh yeah and a 500 gb internal drive ^_^ the only thing I don't like about it is the current graphics card :( intel gmax 3100 or something like that

Anyways though, thanks for the wellables Rex :D I'll get right on 'em
