Just checked my setup with my Focus Heal @ level 10-15

Without Main Charm (24 INT) = 47-54 healing (53EE charm)
With Main Charm (24 INT) = 54-64 healing (same charm)

Pretty noticeable I think...


noticeable yes, but it's only 10 life. i'd rather have either strength to kill faster, or LPK

(i think you should look into lpk more at low levels (<10))

Even welling is a breeze with this... that is welling TierIII items

I think int at low levels isn't that useful due to the base effects of charms being quite small to start with.

If you were in my game i'd rather you used a higher ee weapon than an int staff :) nothing makes a game go quite as fast as 1-hitting everything.

I love this way of determining the game with different views... it sheds light on peoples concepts...

The difference is that I am using a Monk instead of a Mage.
I deal 19% more damage than a Mage (physical)... this is based on the extra 20 to Strength (0.95 to 1 str point)
I have a better Crit resistence and chance to hit compared to a Mage
I have more life than a Mage, which means I do not have to heal myself as much

You may have something when talking about a Mage... but then, the mage should have
better healing capacity than a monk by far...

Edit... mind you... when I was using this stuff on the Mage... his heals were awesome in Catacombs...

Exxxactly :) you're on a monk (one of the best stated melee characters in the game), so you should be able to chuck out big damage.

especially at low levels there isn't much need for a full time healer. if you go for a big damaging character, the run will go faster and there'll actually be less need for healing.

keep the heal charm and your other charm by all mean, but hell, there's a 59ee staff on the mp for 3fg which i reckon would cause a huge increase in damage output and only cause a minimal loss in healing.

Be careful about thinking that 1str = .95ee ALWAYS. same with vit = ee on armours etc. that value varies greatly and can be a lot less effective than that.

As for the staff on MP for 3fg... not worth it really... I will definately get a better one

Very nice indeed... that is like 85% EE (including strength)
