im not very good at prices, but the item itself looks very sexy and can certainly speed things up for you when leveling.
in general, it can always help to invest because you save a lot of time and can kill mobs / climb the chars more effective.
as a result, you should be able to get more mqs done in the same time + find more stuff which pays out the investment.

i would love to assist you with the missing coins, but im almost broke again myself.
just holding mediations and some spare coins for the glyphing^^

I will MQ my mage soon, and welling is all I do for leveling after level 20..
