there is already an alchemist lvl 50 when he beats mq ladder will be resetet
your char will be lvl1 again automatically but you keep all your stuff

at lvl 71 you can make mq
even you pass it and get a new class (or ladder will be resetet when you are already alchemist)or you fail and you have to startagain from lvl1 =p

How u get guild points?

when you reach lvl71 you can make mq
when you fail mq your gouild gets one guild point and you have to start from lvl1
when you pass mq your guild gets +2 guild points (+3 on next class, +4 on next next class, etc =p) and you can unlock a secret char which you can play from lvl1 to next mq

when you get your new char to 71 its same again, when you pass youll get another secret char until you are an alchemist
when you are alchemist and reach lvl 71 and you pass mq the whole ladder will be reseted, if you fail you have to start with lvl1 alchemist again
